Requires CatchFlow™ IDE version 1.1 or higher
This release addresses the following:
- Enhanced Composition Configuration: We are pleased to introduce new attributes to the composition
config.xmlfile. These attributes provide you with greater control over printing and share menu options, allowing you to customize the behavior according to your needs.
- Enhanced Share PDF Filename: We are excited to introduce the new
shareFilenamekeyword to the
launchCompositionfunction. This feature allows you to specify the filename for the shared PDF using an expression. With the
shareFilenamekeyword, you can dynamically generate the filename based on specific criteria. This provides you with greater flexibility and customization options when sharing PDF files from Deckhand Pro.
- Clone Event Functionality: We are pleased to introduce the new
$action.cloneEvent()function. This function enables you to create duplicates of events and place them in any session within the application. With the
cloneEvent()function, you can easily replicate an existing event and make modifications as needed. This is particularly useful when you want to create similar events with shared attributes or when you need to generate multiple instances of an event with slight variations.
- Refreshing Event Display: We are excited to introduce a new feature that allows you to refresh the display of an event based on changes in indirect variables or settings. With the addition of the
$action.refresh(event)function, you can now indicate that certain variables or settings have been modified and may impact the way an event is displayed, including its title and button display settings. By using
$action.refresh(event), you can trigger a refresh of the event’s display, ensuring that any updates or changes to indirect variables or settings are immediately reflected in the event view. This feature provides more flexibility and control over the dynamic nature of event displays, allowing you to keep them up-to-date with the most relevant information.
- Immediate Reflection of Flag Changes: We have addressed an issue related to the programmatic changes of flags, such as
saved. Previously, when these flags were modified by Catchflow, the changes were not instantly reflected in the folder comments. This could lead to delays in updating the status of columns based on the flag changes. With the latest update, we have ensured that any changes made to the flags are immediately reflected in the corresponding folder comments. This means that when the
savedstatus is programmatically modified, the affected columns will respond promptly to these status changes.
